COVID-19 – New measures for the containment of the pandemic

​In compliance with the new Government Decree dated 8 January 2021, we would like to inform our clients and business associates of the following arrangements and measures adopted by our Company with effect as from Monday 11 January 2021 until 31 January 2021:

The Company will operate with minimal physical presence of staff in all its offices. Arrangements have been made where possible, to implement remote-working/working from home and other forms of flexible working arrangements for our staff.

Servicing of our Customers & Agents

The Company kindly requests its agents, business associates and customers to limit visits to our Offices ONLY when it is absolutely necessary. Service will primarily be conducted through telephone or through e-mail.

Payments to the Company can be made by Debit/Credit card through our website ( or directly through JCC Smart service (, as well as by deposit or bank transfer or by deposit in any of the Company’s Bank Accounts. Collections and payments can be received at the Company’s local offices following prior arrangements by telephone with the appropriate officers of the Company.

Payments by the Company to any beneficiaries will be executed ONLY by electronic transfer and beneficiaries are requested to provide the necessary information and details of their bank accounts in writing, to to allow for the timely and smooth payment of the amounts due to them by the Company.

The measures adopted by the Company are constantly reviewed, as the situation develops in accordance with the Government’s Decrees, Decisions and Guidelines. As a result, the Company may proceed to take further measures, if it is deemed necessary.
