FIRE AND SPECIAL PERILS

The Fire and Special Perils Insurance is designed for commercial or industrial risks, departmental shop complexes, warehouses and other property risks, providing cover against loss or damage caused to the buildings or other permanent installations, stocks, machinery, furniture and equipment, as well as other contents. The basic insurance provides cover against fire and lightning only, whilst cover for the following additional perils is provided optionally:

  • Fire or lightning – basic cover       
  • Earthquake
  • Explosion
  • Falling of aircraft or another aerial device
  • Impact by any road vehicle
  • Riots and strikes
  • Malicious damage
  • Storm and tempest
  • Flood
  • Bursting of pipes or overflowing of a water tank
