COMMERCIAL INSURANCE
MOTOR VEHICLES – SILVER, GOLD & PLATINUM
Two basic insurance types are available:
(a) Third Party Liability Insurance which includes the cover compulsory by legislation relating to the insured’ s liability to pay compensation to third parties in respect of causing death, bodily injury or damage to property and
(b) Comprehensive Insurance, which includes the compulsory insurance cover and also, provides cover against accidental loss or damage to the insured vehicle.
Both types of basic insurance include Road Assistance and Accident Care Services.
The Company designed three separate schemes of insurance packages Silver, Gold, Platinum, which accordingly include the basic insurance cover and also, include a wide range of preselected additional covers and benefits, offering you the choice of the scheme that best suits your requirements.
Third Party Liability Insurance – Silver, Gold, Platinum
All three packages of Third Party Liability Insurance provide to the insured the basic insurance cover and also, offer to the insured a series of preselected additional covers and benefits, as stated in the table below:
- Bodily Injury to or Death of any Third Party Person
- Damage to Third Party Property
- Driving beyond the limits of a “Road”
- Liability of the vehicle’s passengers to Third Parties
- Road Assistance Services
- Accident Care Services
Gold Package
Gold package provides also the following, in addition to the insurance covers and benefits of the Silver package:
- Third Party Liability for Trailers
- Premium Loading Waiver
- Breakage of Glass in Windscreen or Windows (€500)
- Personal Accident to Authorised Driver (€3.500)
Platinum Package
Platinum package provides also the following, in addition to the insurance covers and benefits of Silver package:
- Third Party Liability for Trailers
- Premium Loading Waiver
- Breakage of Glass in Windscreen or Windows (€1.000)
- Personal Accident to Authorised Driver (€5.000)
- Defence Costs (€3.000)
Comprehensive Insurance
All three packages of Comprehensive Insurance provide to the insured the basic insurance cover and also a series of preselected additional covers and benefits, as stated below:
Silver Package
- Bodily Injury to or Death of any Third Party Person
- Damage to Third Party Property
- Driving beyond the limits of a “Road”
- Liability of the vehicle’s passengers to Third Parties
- Road Assistance Services
- Accident Care Services
- Loss or Damage to the Insured Vehicle
- Malicious Damage
- Fire
- Theft
Gold Package
Gold package provides also the following, in addition to the insurance covers and benefits of Silver package:
- Third Party Liability for Trailers
- No Claims Discount Protection
- Breakage of Glass in Windscreen or Windows (€500)
- Personal Accident to Authorised Driver (€3.500)
- Loss of or Damage to the Insured’s Personal Effects (€500)
Platinum Package
Platinum package provides also the following, in addition to the insurance covers and benefits of Silver package:
- Third Party Liability for Trailers
- No Claims Discount Protection
- Breakage of Glass in Windscreen or Windows (€1.000)
- Personal Accident to Authorised Driver (€5.000)
- Loss of or Damage to the Insured’s Personal Effects (€500)
- Loss of Use of Vehicle
- Natural Perils
- Strike, Lock-Out, Riot and Civil Commotion
- Replacement of Motor Vehicle with New
- Defence Costs (€3.000)
