PERSONAL INSURANCE
EMPLOYER’S LIABILITY
Employer’s Liability Insurance provides to the insured the compulsory cover required by legislation, in respect of his liability towards any domestic servant or other house assistant employed by him, for Accident or Industrial Disease arising from and in the course of their employment.
The insurance cover is restricted to industrial accidents or diseases, in accordance with legislation and regulations, arising from and during the occupation of the employees in the type of work specified.
The minimum limits of indemnity required by legislation, including all costs, interest and expenses, are:
