During the insurance period, Immediate Road and Technical Assistance Services, as well as Accident Care Services, are provided free of charge for the insured vehicle, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the Republic of Cyprus, excluding the occupied areas.
Immediate Road and Technical Assistance Services
Road assistance for the insured vehicle in the event of:
- Mechanical breakdown
- Electrical fault
- Running out of fuel
- Tyre change
- Towing
Accident Care Services
In the event of an accident:
- Support from the Call Centre
- Visit to the accident scene
- Investigation of the accident
- Photographs of the damage
- Collection of information and evidence
- Completion of the Accident Report
