During the period of insurance, Road Assistance and Accident care Services are provided free of charge, in connection with the insured vehicle, on a 24hour basis, 365 days, anywhere in the Republic of Cyprus, excluding the occupied territories.
Road Assistance Services
Road assistance to the insured vehicle is provided for:
- Mechanical breakdown
- Electrical breakdown
- Fuel run out
- Change of tyres
- Towing
Accident Care Services
In case of a road accident:
- Call Centre support
- Visit the scene of the Accident
- Investigation of circumstances
- Photographs of damaged property
- Collection of documents
- Completion of the Accident Declaration Form
