CONTRACTORS’ ALL RISK

Contractor’s All Risks Insurance provides cover to the insured contractor for loss or damage to project works during the construction period, such as buildings, offices, apartment blocks or other building installations and complexes. Cover is provided in respect of these projects against accidental damage caused by sudden and accidental external means.

The insurance cover includes:

  1. Permanent and temporary contract works, including materials used
  2. Contractor’ s plant, machinery and equipment
  3. Costs and expenses for debris and waste removal following the occurrence of an insured peril, as well as expenses relating valuations, plans, specifications, quantifications, measurements, tenders and supervision, which may reasonably be incurred by the insured contractor during reinstatement of loss or damage
  4. Cover for the insured contractor’ s legal liability against third party bodily injury or damage, caused during the construction.
