Educational Seminar “The customer service chain in the insurance sector”

Our Company organised the educational seminar on “The customer service chain in the insurance sector”, which was presented to its personnel.

The seminar, took place on the 26th, 27th of September and 3rd of October 2017 and was attended by the majority of the Company’s personnel with great interest.

The presentation of the seminar was undertaken by Mr. Michalis Maimaris of M.M. Knowledge Training & Consulting Ltd in cooperation with our Marketing Department, which is responsible for organising and overseeing seminars.

The main subjects discussed at the seminar were:
